Insulation Upgrade Package

If you are planning on heating and or cooling your building for year round use and comfort, then it is imperative to install an insulation upgrade package.

Plumbing Upgrades Available

Pre-plumbing available for the following

  • Kitchen sinks

  • Dishwasher

  • Garborators

  • Toilets

  • Wash basins

  • Shower stalls

  • Outside water taps

  • Pool house pump and filter plumbing

  • Finish plumbing for all of the above

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • Pre-wiring for light fixtures both inside and out

  • Pre-wiring for all required receptacles

  • Hot water tanks

  • Garborators

  • Or any other type of electrical fixture required

Electrical Upgrades Available

  • Smartpanel interior siding (comes pre-primed)

  • Pine or cedar interior wall finish

  • Drywall

  • Drop ceiling or drywall ceiling

  • Your walls and ceiling must be insulated

  • A 6 mm vapour barrier is applied to the interior walls and ceiling of your building

  • On the exterior you will have wall sheathing applied

  • A layer of Typar house wrap is applied to the wall sheathing to provide a moisture free environment for your new structure

  • An exteior finish of your choice is applied (Smartpanels, Vinyl siding/board and baton, cedar or canexel siding).
